Swiss watch brand Rado has launched four new interpretations of the Rado True Round Open Heart, including a limited edition model.

With case and bracelet crafted from high-tech ceramic, each of these timepieces features a striking new dial with a cut-out revealing the watch’s beating heart. Boldly offset near the centre of the dial, the cut-out is shaped after the figure 8.
Inside each timepiece beats the Rado R734 automatic movement with sunray guilloche finish. Fitted with an antimagnetic Nivachron hairspring, it delivers a power reserve of 80 hours.

All the four new Rado True Round Open Heart models feature the characteristics that define Rado: high-tech ceramic cases and bracelets as well as cutting-edge design. All the models have rose gold-coloured hour and minute hands and applied indexes with white Super-LumiNova along with a rose gold-coloured seconds hand. Each one is water resistant to 5 bar (50 metres).

The Rado True Round Open Heart Limited Edition boasts a striking cut-out dial, protected by a unique dichroic sapphire crystal, whose colours shift alluringly. It has a polished white high-tech ceramic case and crown with a titanium case back featuring the engraving: LIMITED EDITION ONE OUT OF 888.
In pleasing contrast to its white sunray dial are rose gold-coloured bevels and applied indexes with white Super-LumiNova, a rose gold-coloured moving anchor symbol on a white background and a grey printed minute track. The Rado logo is also positioned distinctively on a part of the dial extending from the outer ring to the base of the figure 8. The watch is presented on a polished white high-tech ceramic titanium bracelet with a 3-fold clasp. This special True Round Open Heart timepiece is delivered with a Limited Edition certificate.

Among the three new Rado True Round Open regular production models, the first has a polished black high-tech ceramic monobloc case and crown. Its black PVD-coated titanium case back’s sapphire crystal allows an unobstructed view of the movement. It features a black sunray dial with rose gold-coloured bevels and a grey printed minute track. An iconic rose gold-coloured Rado moving anchor is featured on a black background, and the brand’s logo is printed on the dial. The second model has a polished plasma high-tech ceramic monobloc case and crown and a titanium case back whose sapphire crystal reveals an eye-catching view of the movement. This version features a grey sunray dial with rose gold-coloured bevels and a silver-coloured printed minute track. The Rado logo is printed on the distinctive grey dial and the characteristic rose gold-coloured moving anchor symbol offers a pleasing contrast to a rhodium background. It features a white sunray dial with rose gold-coloured bevels and a grey printed minute track and Rado logo on a dedicated part of the dial while the rose gold-coloured moving anchor symbol is presented on a white background.
